I know they made an Indian Head cent in 1864 Bronze with an "L" on the lower ribbon. Did all Indian Head cents after 1864 have an "L" on the lower ribbon like this 1881?

This caught me by surprise.
Between the Red Book and looking at images of my IHC's I believe the answer is "Yes", the "L" is there on all IHC's through 1909.

I was doing an inventory and adding entering coins on CoinManage when I noticed it. I don't notice the "L" on any coin that is less than XF45 condition and many of mine are Fine or less.
