Nice XF. I like the color. Slight problem with the mark next to the T on the reverse.

I'll say VF-30. To me, forehead curls and hair above ERT in particular are much too weak for EF.

I say VF-30 also, beside what other's pointed out, the I in Liberty and part of L is missing possibly due to weak strike?
