Got a completed set from 1974 proof coins.

I would like some opinions in terms of grading and if any of these coins display a cameo look.

Not sure if the marks I see are on the holder or the coin. Also, please try to hold your camera more steadily.

Pics are pretty small. The dollar and the cent apparently have surface issues. The dime looks closed to full DCAM.
