The cert # checks out but the coin doesn't look like a cameo proof, though it may be a proof.

Is this an auction? Link? Hard to see those photos.

I'd only buy it if there's return privileges.

Hard to prove from these pictures. What is the possibility that it is a fake coin in a fake holder? Are the Chinese at it again? Although this is obviously not one, I have seen some really nice modern fake cameo proofs, some on ebay.

Coin is real, holder is real, grade is probably a little optimistic Cameo designation is probably correct or slightly optimistic for this series. the coin is hard to see due to abrasions in the center of the slab lens.
I'd say temper you grade estimates a little and it is perfectly fine.

I can't see this making 66. Maybe took the real coin out of the slab, and replaced it with this.

Looks good to me but I am not an expert. The plastic of the TPG is probably scratched and is obstructing the view.

Another thing to look out for. The coin may have originally met the description BUT was not correctly stored. The slabs are NOT 100% sealed.

I'm erring on the side of this being legitimate. From the photos the fields look super clean, and the details look immaculate. I think it could be cameo in better lighting. As others have mentioned the holder is pretty scuffed, makes it hard to know for sure. There could be some truth to some surface deterioration from poor storage, still a 66 but perhaps no longer cameo. Hard to know

Bar Code scan from PCGS Cert app pass with verified result, scuffed slab and bad photos.
