Titles are Important! * I am sure I am just seeing what I want to see. I found this coin a while ago and had set it aside. Looking at it again tonight it looks like is it plated. If it weighs 3.07 grams and you say it's copper, you think they plated an already copper planchet? Seems incredibly unlikely, and also not even sure how that would work. (The Mint doesn't plate the planchets, they come in already plated.) If it isn't plated it is just toned an odd color and is worth one cent. I think it is the latter.
