I saw this on come up on ebay in a lot.
It's definitely a cull coin but it has something going below liberty's bust.
What type of error is this?

I see glare from a second lighting source under the chin and at the bottom of the bust. I'm not seeing out of the ordinary on this one.

The coin is in a lot of 2 Indian Head cents. I made a bid and If I win i'll get updated pictures.
