I just pulled this Nickle from a 1978 specimen pack...it looks like some form of doubling on the reverse under the loupe but it's hard to capture with all that chrome....I have not seen info on this yet.. I also just noticed this 1975 dime in another specimen pack I haven't really looked at before.
