The coin isn't Arab-Sasanian, it is Sasanian coin of Hormizd IV.

Good ID of the ruler, echizento.

This coin appears to match a silver drachm of Hormazd IV and the writing on the reverse matches regnal year 2 (580 AD), mint ST, shown about one-third of the way down the page on
