Hi Coin Community,

I'm still pretty new to the hobby so I'm hoping to get a little bit of education from ya'll. I found this coin and I think it is a strike though, but I've never seen one in person. If this is a strike through, is there any premium to them? Also, If it isn't a strike through what is it? Post mint damage?

As always thank you all for your time and knowledge.
