MS64. although the marks and hairlines are minor there are enough to keep it short of a 65 imo especially since was PCGS Report this Post to the Staff

Give everyone a chance to opine. I have more coming. I actually got caught up in a bunch of these coins being a very disappointing result, and was distracted by sulking and whining, so I just posted "Here! it's an AU58!! Whaaaa!" Thx for the heads up.
