I recently purchased a heck of a toner 1894 8 Reals, NGC AU details due to an itty bitty chopmark. I'm hoping someone here can identify the mark's country of origin (guessing China), what the mark says/translates to, and if there is a Unicode number for the character.
I no longer have my DSLR (yay jerk thieves), so this is the best I can get with my phone:
