MorganMan70 New Member United States 6 Posts	Posted 07/03/2020 10:08 pm Recently saw this coin, NGC cert #2845568003 Environmental dmg, UNC details. This coin is beautiful, and PCGS estimates only 3000 of its variety survive today! I love non-proof low mintages, even if they are errors, and this coin fits both my wants, and my wallet . Could you guys give me some advice, information, and approximate pricing? ((I know near nothing about trimes, but I want to collect more!). Another random question: Could I possibly "remove" the environmental damage and obtain a "cleaned" certification in this example? I do believe this is a genuine slab, but if anyone believes that the coin is phony, PLEASE let me know! Report this Post to the Staff

While you could remove it, there's the chance that it'd be heavily pitted underneath. In all reality the 2/1 doesn't carry an impossibly high premium, seek a problem free example as it won't cost you that much more. An AU-55 Straight can be had for around $275.
