1961 Washington Quarter.

Hello all and Happy Independence Day! Once again it's been a while since I have posted but I've not stopped CRH and as a matter of fact, I have become addicted to doing it! LOL! I hope everyone is well and happy. Now, for this topic. This 1961 Washington quarter came from a bank roll at my job today. I noticed it immediately and bought it right away. I knew a 1961 Quarter was silver, and there was no cladding on the edge, but it was the reflectiveness of this coin that grabbed my eye! Other than some basic circulation scratches it LOOKS a lot like a Proof I have of a Bicentennial Quarter in regards to reflective qualities. But there was something different. This coin does not have the very sharp detail one would expect in a proof. There is no mint mark, but it also has that lovely silver "ring" to it. There appears to be some mint doubling in places, but it's hard to photograph. It weighs 6.2 grams on my little scale from Harbor Freight. (it fluctuates between 6.2 and 6.3 because it's cheap!) The reeding is very "sharp" and not worn at all. Perhaps someone can give me some feedback. Could it be on the wrong planchet or perhaps a counterfeit? As much as I want to believe I found a cool coin today, there is just something "funny" about this quarter. Any help is appreciated. I can post additional pictures if needed. Thanks!
