I have Studied this coin top to bottom . Magnet, "ting", diameter, width and I even counted the edge reeds and compared to my True ones EVERYTHING is exact but the weight . Is it possible the weight can be off by that much . I will have it tested but what do you oh guys and gals think . I'll say this , If it is fake it's a Masterfully made fake .

Yes. If your coin weighs exactly 31.5 grams, it would be off (over) by about 1.3% vs. an exact weight of 31.103 grams in a troy ounce. This is within the range of common experience for ASEs.
Many have reported taking ASEs directly from Mint rolls and getting weights other than 31.1. The US Mint guarantees that the coins have AT LEAST 1 troy ounce of silver, NOT that they have EXACTLY 1 troy ounce.
