The closeups of the coin look like there is still a piece of the debris still embedded through "OF". BTW- Your full reverse image doesn't look like it is from the same coin. No struck throughs are showing up and there is a dark spot centered just below ES (STATES) that isn't showing up on the closeups. Words of encouragement are one of the major food groups.
