Does anyone have images of Japanese watermarks, specifically kiri leaves, repeating NIHON and JU, and the Bank of Japan logo (small circles)? Or any others?
I managed to get a photo of the watermark on a P-56 10 yen note. The block number is only 66.
The 16th Edition of "World Paper Money" says the water mark may be Nichi Ju (not Nihon Ju). But to my eye it is the same kanji as in the center of the bill denoting its face value, thus reads "10 yen" from right to left.
