panzaldi Bedrock of the Community United States 18673 Posts	Posted 07/10/2020 09:59 am the 83(O) are typically weak in strike. the obverse strike is quite nice for this coin. the reverse typical. i'd say surface preservation is about 7/10 and luster 8/10. the eye appeal is affected by the "Spear wound" and although its displacing metal they may give it a pass. borderline MS64 Report this Post to the Staff
