I think it's just Post Strike Damage. Nothing in the minting process would cause this.

Thank you for the quick feedback. It really caught my eye because the lines almost look engraved it's more curiosity than anything I've been looking at it like sherlock Holmes trying to figure out what might have caused this. Again thank you so glad I found ccf
