Hello Folks. I was wondering if anyone can help me with this Coin.

NGC's Website - "The popular repunched date variety 1847/7 actually comprises two different obverse dies in three marriages. N-2 is moderately scarce but the most easily obtained, while N-18 and N-31 are both fairly rare"

I was hoping someone may know if this Coin is N-2, N-18, N-31.

I looked online for some info but most said this info may only be in book form.

Thanks!

I am not good at recognizing these varieties, but just from date position and the overdate itself I think it is N-2. It sure is a nice looking coin. Great find!

Coinfrog - this Coin will be in my hand in about 3 or 4 days. I will take some close-ups of the Date as soon as I get it.

Wonderful coin! A great variety no doubt. Looks like a N-2 from the picture provided. I see no additional re-punching on the 4 or 8 to suggest N-18 or N-31. A close up might prove differently.
