I just viewed I 1832 Half Dime with like a small collusion t.c in the middle of the obverse side for $32 I didn't buy it I was just wondering if I should have it looked like it was in good condition

Not enough information. What is a "collusion"? What does "t.c. inf the middle of the obv" mean? No indication of condition, no images. All I can say at this point is that it was probably at least worth melt value.
