Looks like Machine Doubling.

Suggestion: don't hold your coins when photographing them, and if you do, wear cotton gloves to avoid fingerprints. They can be purchased from anywhere that sells hobby materials or your local coin shop. Lay your coins on a flat surface and photograph them from overhead, and crop your photos before uploading to here.
