Some wear on this coin . Fairly clean but what is that line on obverse at 1:00 ? AU-55 .

Please be more specific. What are your questions? These over-exposed photos are not useful for grading, other than to show a sharp scratch at K1 on the obverse. Common date, evident wear on the diamonds, but no clue of color or surfaces. Please try again.

Too shiny for the slight wear it shows. Cleaned and/or polished. And if that's a scratch, it's enough to make it details as well.
