Not sure what to make of this coin, I wondered if it might be an improperly annealed coin because I'm not sure what could cause the pattern visible on this coin. It doesn't seem to be dirt/grime but rather imprinted on the coin itself.

Let me know if you have seen a coin like this or know what causes the pattern, has it been done post mint or caused in the minting process? Thanks!

Looks like the coin was dipped in some sort of bubbly liquid. You can see where the bubbles were.

Some sort of environmental or deliberate post mint damage. It did not leave the mint looking like that.

Not an error. Some kind of liquid was on it,like cola or whatever. Please crop photos a bit better, and straight on pics and properly rotated are best.
