Right off the bat, you know its not a Devil's Face banknote because one of the signature on the bill is Gerald Bouey who was not Deputy Governor/Governor of the Bank of Canada until the the 1970's. The Devil's Face notes were only printed early in the series, from 1954-56.

Value of the note is $8 in VF condition according to Charltons.
