The original listing at Heritage says "The first strike was apparently normal, but the piece failed to eject from the dies. Instead, it rotated slightly clockwise between strikes, and also gradually moved off center toward 1 o'clock."
Incidentally, it's in an ANACS holder, graded F15, and sold in January 2009 for $2,070.00.
