1913 Buffalo Nickel DD And Strange Looking Date

This was my great grandmother's nickel. I always kept it cause it had a buffalo on it. Well since I've been really looking at coins lately, I thought I would get it out just to see.
Just a few questions:

Is the "five cent" DD?

Is there doubling on the back leg?

The 3 on the date looks strange. When I change the lighting, I can almost see a 2 that was changed. Is this just old gunk build up?

I checked Wexlers doubled die list. Could this be a WDDR-001 ? I'm not familiar with die clashes but the mark on EPU is the same and there is something under the chin on my nickel. Also Wexlers mentions the back leg. I can't get a good enough photo of the USA tho to tell anything.
