Take a look at these pictures. This should be spelled SCHEIDE but looks like SCUEIDE. Is this a fake or a major minting error? Thanks for your help!

You might want to re-upload the pic of the side with the "spelling mistake". If you upload two pictures with the same filename on the same day, the forum software assumes they are supposed to be the same and over-writes the first one with the second.

Without being able to see the coin in question: given the evident damage this coin shows, I suspect the "error" will be a result of post-mint damage, rather than a mint error.

Hi Sap. I can see the correct (mis-spelled) side of the coin in this post just fine. It is the first picture- the one indicating 4 Pfenning, not the one with the crown.

The rest of us see two identical pictures with a crown. You need to upload the other picture again.

(I suspect if you did a hard refresh on the page you would see the same picture twice.)
