Half the fun about collecting ancient and medieval coins is doing the research. You get more of an appreciation of the coin and about it's history. While we don't mind helping out, there comes a point where you need to do your own work identifying your coins.

A simple internet search on Coins of Austria pdf, will come up with and excellent downloadable book on the subject, which will show your coin along with many others.

I totally agree, I very much enjoy identifying my coins but some I feel are either completely unclear or just outside of my range of knowledge. My problem seems to be that I have been buying such a vast quantity of ancient coins over the past year while also being a busy college student at the same time. I spend a ton of time doing the attributions for my Roman/Byzantine and most Greek coins and post the more confusing non/Roman ones on this site. I certainly appreciate all the help I have gotten and will try to dig deeper online myself with attributing my new purchases. And thank you for the Austrian coin pdf, medieval coins are definitely not my forte but I will consult this resource when I come across similar types.
