My first thought was Caracalla But I believe I can read AVT M AVP in the 8-11 o'clock region Something like 15 later emperors adopted the name of Marcus Aurelius but in this case I think it is probably the original A young portrait of Marcus Aurelius

For comparison to a Caracalla, in this case from Nicopolis ad Istrum, Moesia Inferior, below. Same obverse legend at left, and both apparently have an "A" at 1:00 which, on the Nicopolis coin is part of "ANTWNINOC." Both are about the same size, and with centration dimples too. Different reverses, though.
I appreciate the insight from everyone here... this is a great, but challenging hobby. I suppose, in 4000AD, American coinage will be rather boring comparatively...
Yes the young "innocent" looking Caracalla The older portraits generally have him snarling and looking a bit aggressive At some point he just gave up on the Antoninus Pius/Marcus Aurelius charade
