This example has quite a few small ticks across its surfaces, which can be a little distracting, and it has an interesting silvery tone to it if you hold it at the right angle. Overall, I like it.

Is anyone familiar with this "silvery" tone I'm seeing on this coin? At a certain angle, it makes the coin look like it's made of lead or pewter. I'm a little worried it may indicate some sort of chemical cleaning. However, I'm not accustomed to handling large cents of any kind that still have luster.
