Oh come on, I've had errors so rare they required the books to be rewritten. Both on dollar coins, oddly enough, one US and one Canadian.

How about a double-struck in collar with another coin 5% overlapped? Or a certified Goodacre dollar that proved the ones she got were specially burnished, and when?
