65RB, the chatter in the reverse field keeps it out of 66 IMO. That said, the coin has fantastic eye appeal and the TPG's are very forgiving on hits, spots and ticks when the eye appeal and luster are high.

I agree that this coin doesn't deserve a MS66 RD, but PCGS was very generous.

I was at ms66rd, I think a lot of that toning lies within the toning in hand is why I went red. I like it.

Is this an RPM-004? I can't get enough of a feel of comparative mm angle and position from the photos, but the mm has a fairly close appearance.
