Welcome to the forum! Answering you question, yes these are relatively common. With high mintage and survivor numbers a nice set is easy to assemble on a budget. The two draw backs are the 1877 and 1909s, the only issues below one million. Those two I would never buy uncertified simply for authentication purposes.
