Bit of die polishing and a few more hits than I'd prefer, opinions on grade, Full steps are far from common for the date

I'll say M#-63, possibly 64, not FS.

MS-63 for me. The weakness under the second column probably squelches full step chance. If the steps look more defined in hand, ANACS would probably give it 5FS designation. 1961 is such a tough date for full steps that even at 63 this could be a high value coin.

Oddly enough, PCGS has weakness under the same pillar, same step on the 3 shown as FS on coinfacts...hrmmm
