Hello from not D.C Washington. I'm looking for some help on some 1943 steel pennies. I have acquired a set of 3. One from each mint. Possible errors on each. The first photo is the faint 4 in 1943. The second looks to be a possible die crack to my untrained eye.
The first one is a slight Struck Through Grease error. This seems to be found on lots of 1943 Lincoln Wheat Cents. The second looks like a Struck Through string or thread.
If you could, please post the full images, obverse and reverse, of both coins. You may want to post only one coin per thread in the future. It makes it easier to sort out the answers.
