The column on the reverse has a mark, I think it may be PMD, but thought I'd check with the pro's.

Yes it is raised, But ever so slightly - tried my best photo here:

My untrained eye, can't figure it out either...

On a separate note - Same coin - on further inspection I did find another Die Chip I believe (Head Slap).

Definitely raised...
