Probably plated but a silver planchet weighs 2.5 grams, clad planchet weighs 2.27 grams.

Yes,but can you frost the devices and keep the field mirrored? Possibly...it is a neat conversation piece at the very least

Nice looking coin.

Who is off to for examination and attribution? Will they be doing an XRF analysis to help determine the metals involved?
(Would be neat if it was a silver planchet from '64 since it seems to be frosted with the mirrored fields.)
Words of encouragement are one of the major food groups.
