I'm attempted to attribute this coin three times now and have gotten nowhere. Based on the portrait, and the sliver of obverse legend I believe it to be a Valentinian III (almost certain). The problem is the reverse, and you can't see it well in the picture but there is a winged figure of sort. I'm thinking victory and Nike are the best options for the reverse. The figure is also holding a scepter, which is a good indication id I knew where to look.
What I'm guessing is this is a barbaric or unlisted variety. And the shaping of the eyes will make it easy to find an RIC die match if it is in fact Roman. Thank you in advance.
