I got this 1999 coin today in change from a store, and thought I would take a look through the magnifier. If you look at Lincoln's face there is major doubling in face. The cheek area, side burns and ear. I believe there is also doubling in the date and also on the far side of his bow tie. Is this a doubled die on the obverse of this 1999 Lincoln and have anyone else seen this before?
Since I am new at the, I wanted to get some expert advice on it.

Can you please get a closer photo(s) where you see doubling?

Seems unlikely since 1999 was in the era of single-squeeze hubbing, which doesn't really produce the sort of doubling you're describing.
