There maybe some other doubling but its hard to tell with all of the other issues it hason the front of this coin. I am just not sure. But the ear definitely has something going on.
There is some PMD on the back on the America if I am not mistaken.

A Cud is a die break on the rim of the coin. The word you're looking for is a die chip.
