I found this coin I believe to be a coin from Ancient Rome. First time looking into this kind of stuff and was wondering if anyone can identify it.

Roman, yes. It is from emperor Licinius. Minted in Heracleia 321-324 AD. The reverse should show Jupiter and have the inscription IOVI CONS-ERVATORI.
