1994 D LMC Doubled Ear Lobe

I found this 1994 D LMC a couple of nights ago and the doubling on the lobe looks pretty obvious. I found one just like it a couple of years ago but most of the obverse was an absolute wreck so I tossed it. With this thing being in pretty decent shape I have come to one conclusion, I'm sending this one in for attribution.
