this has got to be a 1983 DDR Lincoln Cent penny! can I get another opinion on this because I could be wrong also Thanks. if the picture doesn't show up ill try again

Not DDR-001. It could be DDR-002. It's much more minor but still a nice DDR in its own right.

Not seeing any evidence of doubling, but clearer pictures would be needed to say one way or the other about whether or not it's a more minor variety.
