I have a 1942 double and I cant find any info on it or price. The person I got it from said it was rare but info on it seems Non existen. So I come to you all for help. Thank you any info, prices, will be greatly appreciated

We need a a picture.
It's not a very sought after error.
Value is totally dependent on grade.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...

Thank you very much for the response thats all I was looking for. So if its not that sought after that would also mean its not that valuable in a circulated grade. Like I said thank you I was having trouble finding anything on it

If there were coin shows, you can find dealers with binders or boxes of minor 1 cent doubling for a buck or two, they are common unless the wholes coin is doubled
