I'm trying to help a person out with this Note, The paper Currency Book I have doesn't list it or at least I cant find it if it is in the book.

So all the help I can get on it would be greatly appreciated condition, value in this condition, or any varieties there might be in this series. its real bright all the colours and white back ground looks better in hand
