The out line on the mint mark is like it's indented in the copper please help me out . Remember I'm new to coin collecting guys any advice

I have seen what I think you are describing often. I believe it is caused when the mintmark is punched into the working die. Some metal is displaced and pushed upward on the die and thus creates a sunken area around the mm on the coins.

If your microscope takes photos,do it that way and post from your scope to CCF. Not a good idea to take a photo of the scope screen and post that pic.
