I submit coins that are way nicer and get crummy grades back (if they say the color isn't questionable). Proves to me why I won't trust NGC anymore. Ty2020b Pillar of the Community United States 4680 Posts	Posted 09/26/2020 1:12 pm I was also in the 63 range, and the color does look very questionable. There are technically only a few larger " distracting" marks, but there is so much friction rub on the high points. In combination with a weak strike, it's obvious this is over graded.
