I asked the same question on a coin auction youtube channel: unnatural shine on penny: proof or cleaned? Here, looks very natural shine, look at the rim of the coin, if its a proof, it should be more elevated than the a business strike, please let me know if I am wrong, this coin looks awesome!
the photos are not sharp enough to look for some of the SMS markers. however one of the key markers is the black dot just under the date. I'm not seeing it on this coin. I'm leaning proof. maybe PF66 but photos are a little blurry and not large enough
