Looks like a 95-97% off center dime. Pretty cool! Is it about the same size as a dime?

Agree it's an off center strike but it's a nickel, basing on designers initials on the obv and location of UNUM on rev. Anywhere from 1966- present. Not much way of telling without a date. Nice one!

It's actually the size of a nickel and does the fs mean that is a nickel?
