New To The Page And Looking To Learn

Hello everyone. I have always had a facination with money and how money can be worth, well, more money. Ever since I was a kid. I have always been intrigued and like to collect stuff.

I am lost on how to find stuff and there are so many people that are full of bull on the internet. Fake sources siting fake values and it is so hard to know where to actually values.

What errors are deemed as a mint error? What resources could I start to read or study to understand how to quickly scan when I get pocket change and know if I am about to give someone a pennie worth $100?

I collect money from all over the world, and not just the United States, however, since I live here, my primary focus is for US Currency of course.
